Accelerating Product/Solution Delivery
This meeting, in collaboration with SIM RTP, brings together IT managers to CIOs from both organizations to network. We will also have a panel discussion centered on "Accelerating Product/Solution Delivery." The panel will include both executive-level panelists and delivery-focused professionals, discussing the challenges and solutions surrounding the journey from identifying a challenge for the business to the delivery of a technology solution. The discussion aims to cover how the CIO communicates the challenge to the team and how the delivery team manages the process most efficiently.
