SIM RTP Women's Meetings

Join us for SIM RTP Women’s quarterly meetings, where innovation, leadership, and community converge. These gatherings provide a dynamic space for female IT professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow. Each meeting features a unique program with insightful topics, interactive discussions, and opportunities to network with like-minded peers. Whether you're seeking mentorship, sharing industry expertise, or gaining new perspectives, these meetings are designed to empower women in the tech field.

Be part of an inspiring community committed to advancing women in technology.‍

DISCUSSION TOPIC

We’ve all been there: January arrives, we set new goals for the year, and then we start "circling the mountain" without actually climbing it. As women, we're often great at showing up for others, but we tend to put our own growth on the backlog.

Start your year off by a high-impact Women in Tech Roundtable. This isn’t a passive networking night or a lecture. It’s a space devoted solely to your brain, your fears, and your next chapter.

What we’ll do:

  • Identify your "8/10 Self": Who are you by next December, and what does she need you to do differently now?
  • The Goal & The Thorn: Share your 2026 ambitions and get real about the friction points holding you back.
  • Radical Accountability: Connect with a room of peers who won't let you settle for "casual" progress.

Don't let 2026 just "happen" while you circle the mountain. Show up for yourself and get support from our community of women tech leaders to help you succeed!
