SIM Research Triangle Park is hosting the first ever SIM WOMEN Casino Night! This event will bring together IT leaders from across the Triangle to raise money for Apparo and their efforts to support a local non-profit focused on the advancement of women in tech, Rewriting the Code.

Our casino night promises an evening of exhilarating entertainment, camaraderie, and generous giving. Picture an elegant venue transformed into a captivating casino atmosphere, where guests can indulge in a variety of table games, including poker, blackjack, and roulette, while enjoying delectable food and drinks.

Non-member tickets are available ONLY to IT practitioners; vendors do not quality for non-member tickets. Vendors interested in attending the event may review the Sponsorship Opportunities available below. Once the request form is submitted, eligible IT practitioners will receive an invoice for their registration.

About Apparo

Apparo, a Charlotte-based nonprofit that boosts the effectiveness of other nonprofits through technology, has recently expanded their services to the Triangle area. Apparo leverages corporate partnerships and skilled volunteers to deliver technology strategy, implementation, consulting, and support services needed to help nonprofits do more to improve life in our communities. To date Apparo has served nearly 900 nonprofits providing them with nearly $4 million worth of technology solutions each year.
About Rewriting the Code

Rewriting the Code nurtures a community that bridges ambitious women in tech with forward-thinking companies. They support and empower college, graduate and early career women in tech through intersectional communities, mentorship, industry experience, and educational resources to become the next generation of engineers and tech leaders.
